It was fine (location) Oakley Health Group.
Parking can be a bit of an issue so parked off site.
It was all very professional and handled with care, dignity respect and good humour. Care shown was exceptional and very much appreciated.

The location I used was the one chosen by me and as a consequence was handy.
I needed to change my original appointment time/location and the list giving optional places and frequencies came in very handy and was a useful tool.
